Yes. Choose the carrier-locked option when you get your quote. A carrier-locked phone can get a lower offer than an unlocked one.

Yes. We buy devices with cracked glass, a bad battery, or functional issues. Choose the damaged condition when you get your quote. The offer is lower than for a device with light wear.

Yes. Once you lock in your quote, we email you a prepaid shipping label and packing instructions. You just need to pack your device securely and drop it off.

We’ll explain what we found and send you a revised offer. You can accept it or have your device returned free of charge. You stay in control.

Payment is processed within 1–2 business days after approval. Bank or payment-provider delays of 1–3 business days may apply after processing.

Back up your files, sign out of your accounts, and factory reset your device before shipping. We also wipe devices on intake and verify the reset before resale or recycling.
