Agreement
By using CellBack, requesting a quote, shipping a device, or otherwise interacting with this service, you agree to these Terms of Service. The service is operated by CellBack LLC.
Quotes
Quotes are valid for 14 days. If a quote expires before the device is received, a new quote may be required before processing continues.
Inspection and final offer
The submitted device details are used to create the initial quote. The final offer can be adjusted after inspection if the model, selected attributes, or condition differs from the submitted details.
Rejected devices
If a device is rejected or a revised offer is not accepted, the device is returned to the provided address. Current return timing is 5–7 business days after rejection processing.
Seller responsibilities
By submitting a device, the seller represents that they own it and that it is not stolen, leased, financed with an unpaid balance, activation-locked, reported lost, or otherwise restricted from sale or transfer.
Payment timing
Payment is processed within 1–2 business days after approval. Bank or payment-provider delays of 1–3 business days may apply after processing.
Shipping
When a prepaid shipping label is provided, you may use it to send the device. You are responsible for packing the device according to the instructions provided and for ensuring the package is sealed and labeled correctly before drop-off. Risk of loss or damage during transit depends on carrier practices and packing; pack carefully and retain tracking information until the shipment is received.
Limitation of liability
We work to process devices carefully and communicate clearly. To the extent allowed by law, CellBack is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or personal device data that was not backed up or removed before shipment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable U.S. law. The operating entity is listed above. Specific venue may be updated when a registered jurisdiction is published.
